We decided to have our windows replaced. We received quotes from the bigbox stores. I felt pressured from Lowe's and Home Depot was pricey. Pro 1 was very competitive in their pricing and did a great job on the install. Rhonda was great when it came down to tailoring to our needs. I highly recommend these guys. Plus they are local.
We have installed windows in our house 11 windows and a 3-panel sliding glass door, after interview 4 companies. We decided to go with Pro1 Windows and Doors, comparing cost and windows, and how each Representative handled them self and did not dog any other company name in the interview. Customer services Respectful on a scale from 1 - 10 10 being the best they were a 15. I have a mom on Hospices very additive to changes on installation for my mom's health and for those who are money watchers on energy bill savings on electric 55% on our bill. Talked to 2 other companies who had pricing worksheets where they start with a high number and then work it down to make you think you are getting more value. One started with a ridiculous price of $96K for 27 windows....yes $96,000. Felt like I was buying windows at the state fair (sorry if state fair purchases work for you :)). We finally found Pro1 where the prices are reasonable, they are easy to work with, and they deliver a high quality product. We are very happy.

I highly recommend Rhonda and her team at Pro 1 Windows and Doors. My wife and I have been planning a few home renovation projects since we moved into our 1973 ranch style home two years ago. At the top of my list was replacing the original single paned windows throughout our home. We had Rhonda come out to the house and take measurements over a year ago. When the time was right and money was in the bank, we reached out to Rhonda and she came back out to take final measurements and review the types of windows and doors we wanted. Rhonda immediately sent over a bid and set clear expectations for the production of the windows, any custom features, and installation timeline. Everything went smoothly and her install team was able to get all of the windows done in 1 day!!! They came back the next day to install the door and everything went according to plan. Pro 1 delivers an awesome product. The windows and patio door look great and we can tell a huge difference in noise reduction from our busy street! It’s nice to have a patio door I can slide open with 1 finger instead of using both hands and my entire body weight to hoist it open like before. The install crew was great too, very courteous and professional and fast! They worked around me and my 2 year old being there all day and were careful to cover the furniture and cleaned up very well.

Pro 1 Windows and Doors were great to work with and their products are superb too. Rhonda was always responsive to our questions and was very flexible with our installation schedule. As we were remodeling using another contractor, we had some issues with the framing dimensions however Rhonda team made everything good without any fuss.

Pro 1 just replaced some of my windows and my wife cannot stop gushing. I did my homework and got several bids. Pro 1 was not the cheapest, but Rhonda showed that she wanted my business. They are the only ones who offered a lifetime warranty on the labor/installation and not just the manufacturer's warranty on the windows. That told me a lot about the kind of work and service after the sale they provide. The results are beyond my expectations. I couldn't be happier.
I couldn't be more pleased with this entire process. We replaced odd sized windows and a rear patio door in a 1950s home. Rhonda was amazing right from the beginning. She was super responsive and worked with a couple different design options for us. Pricing was excellent and the install crew were quick and respectful of our messy home. 15 windows and a door were installed in 1.5 days.
I am absolutely thrilled with the work I received from Rhonda and her team. I had 4 old wooden windows replaced (one had rotted out and broken, and prompted the precautionary replacement of the others) and the vinyl they were replaced with looks and feels wonderful. The installation was fast, effective, and super impressive. I live on a second and third story condo unit with the windows being on a third floor. How they were able to make changing that window look effortless - I do not know, but they did! I highly recommend Rhonda and her team! When I get around to replacing my old wooden exterior doors (soon hopefully!) I will definitely be using Pro 1 Windows and Doors again!
